I was born in Pápa (Hungary) in 15th of July 1966. In 1990 I graduated as fine graphic artist, drawing, geometry and art history teacher in the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts.
My first exhibitions were during my studies at the Academy. After graduating I participated one year postgradual training in the same Academy. In this year I have got the "Derkovits" scholarship, and became a member of Studio of Young Artists.
In 1993 I was accepted in Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten, in Amsterdam for a two year long work period. My consultants were Peter Struycken and Bruce McLean. In the second year I won the bronze prize of the Osaka Graphic Triennale. In January of 1995 I returned to Hungary.
I teached methodology for visual education in the Visual Education Department of the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts from 1995 to 2009. From August of 1996 I was invited to Marseille, to Atelier Brouillard Précis. I coded real-time artworks for Silicon Systems. Meantime I am adjunct of the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts, I teach on the Visual Education Department, and work in the multimedia studio of the Department. I participated as designer and programmer in several scientific and educational projects, such as developing interactive CD-ROMs \"Electronic image in the visual education" and "Jenő Barcsay: Art Anatomy". I also work as web designer and consultant for web based projects.
I am member of Association of Hungarian Graphic Artists and Association Symposion. In 2001 March I have got Munkácsy prize.
Since 2009 I work in the Visual Arts Department in the Eszterházy Károly University, in Eger as an associate professor.
Meantime I work for Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri as a resident artist.
